"At Nayoora, trust is the finest thread in our fabric. We are committed to safeguarding your personal data with the same care and respect we give to our heirlooms."
1. Information We Collect
Full name, email address, phone number, and precise billing/shipping details required for courier logistics.
Processed via encrypted third-party gateways. Nayoora does not store or have access to your raw credit/debit card data.
IP address, device type, and cookies utilised to optimise site performance and personalisation.
In our mobile app we use Google Firebase to collect app-usage analytics, crash & performance diagnostics, device identifiers, and the advertising ID (used for analytics only — never for third-party ad targeting). We also store a push-notification token to send you order and delivery updates. You can reset the advertising ID or turn off notifications anytime in your device settings.
2. Purpose of Processing
- ◈ To fulfil orders and manage shipment logistics.
- ◈ To provide real-time order updates via app notifications, SMS & email.
- ◈ To verify identity and prevent fraudulent transactions.
- ◈ To refine our collections based on browsing trends.
- ◈ To comply with Indian taxation and regulatory laws.
3. Data Security Protocol
We employ industry-leading Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for all digital interactions. Access to personal information is strictly restricted to authorised personnel managing your order fulfilment and support.
4. Third-Party Disclosure
Nayoora will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data for marketing purposes.
Data is shared only with essential service partners including Logistic Providers (for delivery), Payment Aggregators (for billing), Communication Providers (for order SMS/email), and Analytics & App Infrastructure Tools such as Google Firebase (to power sign-in, notifications, analytics, and crash reporting). These partners process data on our behalf and are contractually bound to maintain its confidentiality.
Some of our service partners — including Google — may process data on servers located outside India. Such transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses and applicable data protection frameworks to ensure your information remains protected.
5. Cookies & Tracking
- ◈ On our website we use cookies to remember your preferences, cart contents, and login sessions.
- ◈ Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics on the website, Google Firebase in the app) help us understand behaviour and improve your experience.
- ◈ You may disable website cookies via your browser, and in-app analytics/advertising ID via your device settings, though some features may be affected.
6. Data Retention
We retain purchase and transaction records for a minimum of 7 years as required under the GST Act and Indian tax regulations. Non-transactional data (such as browsing behaviour) is regularly audited and purged to minimise exposure.
7. Your Legal Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our Grievance Officer below. You can also delete your account and all associated data directly in the app — go to Profile → Delete Account.
8. Children's Privacy
Nayoora does not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18. Our platform is intended for adult shoppers only.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in law or our practices. Continued use of Nayoora.in and the Nayoora app after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
