"We are dedicated to delivering your Nayoora heirlooms safely and on time. Below is everything you need to know about how your order is processed and delivered."

1. Order Processing

All orders are meticulously processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday).

Note: During festive sales or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer. We will keep you updated via WhatsApp/Email.

2. Delivery Estimates

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

*Timelines are based on courier operations and pincode accessibility.

4. Real-Time Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a unique tracking link via Email/SMS to monitor your shipment's journey.

5. Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping details carefully. Nayoora is not liable for non-delivery resulting from incorrect address formats or missing contact information.

6. Delayed Shipments & Exceptions

While we strive for 7–10 day delivery, Nayoora is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (weather, strikes, or regional disturbances).

Legal Note: If delivery attempts are made by the courier within the promised window, the order is considered "on-time." Delays caused by customer unavailability or incorrect address do not qualify for late-delivery return exceptions.

Important: Damaged Packages

If your package arrives physically damaged or the seal is tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.

Inform our support team immediately via WhatsApp or Email, and we will prioritize a swift replacement or resolution.
