Days from Delivery
You have 48 hours from the moment your order is delivered to raise a return or exchange request. Swift, clear, no waiting.
1. Conditions of Acceptance
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be fully intact — exactly as received.
Unworn, unwashed, and free from any scent, stain, or alteration of any kind.
The Nayoora packaging must be returned in the same pristine condition it arrived in.
Request must be raised within 2 days of delivery. Requests beyond this window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
2. The Process
- ✈ Submit Open the Return Portal with your order number. Reviewed within 1 business day.
- ✈ Pickup Complimentary doorstep collection arranged where serviceable — no courier visits needed from your end.
- ✈ Inspection Premium quality check conducted within 48 hours of receipt.
- ✈ Resolution Refund or Exchange processed promptly upon approval.
3. Refund Details
Refunds are issued to your original payment source or as Store Credit.
5–7 Business Days post-inspection
Bank Transfer or Store Credit. Please email your bank account details to Hello@Nayoora.in upon approval.
Return eligible if delayed beyond 10 business days by us
4. Non-Returnable Items
Nayoora does not accept returns on the following items, except where the item is received in a defective or damaged condition.
- ✈ Sale & Discounted Items — All sales are final, except in cases of manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery.
- ✈ Customised or altered products (non-defective).
- ✈ Accessories & gift cards.
- ✈ Items with missing tags, worn, washed, or altered.
- ✈ Requests raised after the 2-day delivery window (subject to case-by-case review).
5. Shipping Terms
Standard Delivery: 7–10 business days across India.
If delivery is delayed beyond 10 business days due to our logistics, a return may be initiated even for sale items.
6. Important Note
Delays caused by incomplete addresses, incorrect contact details, or customer unavailability do not qualify for the late-delivery return exception. Please ensure your details are accurate at checkout.
If your package arrives physically damaged or the seal is tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Inform our support team immediately via WhatsApp or Email, and we will prioritise a swift replacement or resolution.
